Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not want any unhappy Clean Freaks out there!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In an effort to keep our partners safety as our top priority, we will not allow any returns on our hand sanitizer.
We will not allow exchanges of any kind at this time.
We allow refunds if your order has not be fulfilled. We cannot cancel an order, but we can refund you the amount if your order has not been completed in our system. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
